This role will be responsible for uploading and maintaining product information across our website and various wholesale platforms, ensuring that product listings are accurate, complete, and up to date. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with online platforms, has strong attention to detail, and is willing to learn new tools and systems. Duties Upload and update product listings on our company website and various e-commerce and wholesale platforms. Enter and maintain product information including style numbers, product names, colors, sizes, pricing, descriptions, and inventory details. Upload and organize product images and make basic image adjustments when needed. Update product listings when there are changes to pricing, availability, colors, sizes, or other product details. Review product listings regularly to ensure information is accurate and consistent across platforms. Assist with basic website management and product-related updates. Use AI tools to assist with product descriptions, content creation, and other e-commerce tasks when needed. Help organize and maintain digital product information and images. Communicate with internal teams to gather and confirm product information. Assist with other general e-commerce and online store tasks as needed. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, data entry, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Comfortable using computers and learning new websites, software, and online platforms. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or website management tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image-editing tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with online platforms. This is a hands-on e-commerce support role, and we are willing to train the right candidate on our systems and processes.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
