Responsibilities Own the email and SMS marketing calendar Build and optimize automated flows and customer journeys Manage customer segmentation and personalization Develop strategies to increase repeat purchase rate and customer LTV Plan promotional, product launch, and lifecycle campaigns Monitor revenue, engagement, deliverability, and retention KPIs Work closely with ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams Manage loyalty and retention initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing experience Strong Klaviyo experience Shopify/DTC ecommerce experience preferred Strong understanding of email/SMS strategy and analytics Fashion/apparel experience is a plus
