Job Summary We are seeking a continuous improvement oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee daily fulfillment activities, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize inventory control, and uphold safety standards to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse fulfillment activities including, customer service, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing clear direction and managerial communication to ensure high performance. Coordinate inventory management efforts using warehouse management systems (WMS) and cycle count processes to maintain accurate stock levels. Oversee the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility to optimize putaway and picking activities. Implement process improvements aligned with lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and materials handling. Maintain KPIs to monitor operational performance, analyze and develop action plans as approporiate. Skills Three or more years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory control experience within a fast-paced environment. At least one year of experience supervising or leading warehouse employees. Proven leadership skills with previous supervisor or team management experience. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation. Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication and team leadership. Familiarity with lean management techniques to optimize warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations, heavy lifting, and materials handling. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
