Hallandale Beach, FL Full-Time | Leadership Role | E-Commerce Warehouse We are a fast-growing custom printing and e-commerce company looking for an experienced Head of Shipping & Receiving to take ownership of our warehouse shipping operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands high-volume e-commerce fulfillment , can manage a team, and is highly experienced with platforms such as ShipStation, WooCommerce, and Shopify . We need someone organized, decisive, accountable, and capable of keeping orders moving accurately and on time. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee all daily shipping and receiving operations Manage and prioritize outgoing customer orders Coordinate incoming inventory, supplies, and deliveries Lead and support shipping and warehouse staff Assign daily priorities and keep the team productive Process and manage shipments through ShipStation Manage orders from WooCommerce and Shopify Troubleshoot order, shipping, label, and fulfillment issues Ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped on time Verify addresses, shipping methods, products, and quantities Track delayed, missing, or problematic shipments Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records Organize shipping supplies, stock, and warehouse areas Implement better systems and processes where needed Monitor quality control and reduce shipping errors Communicate clearly with management regarding problems, delays, or inventory issues What We're Looking For Previous shipping and receiving leadership experience required Strong experience with ShipStation Working knowledge of WooCommerce and Shopify Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations Comfortable managing and directing a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Able to prioritize a large volume of orders Confident working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable Comfortable taking ownership without needing constant supervision Strong computer and systems skills Experience with custom printing, apparel, promotional products, inventory management, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment is a major advantage. The Right Person You are not someone who waits to be told what to do. You notice when orders are backing up, inventory is incorrect, a shipment has an issue, or the team needs direction, and you take action. You know how to keep a warehouse organized, keep people accountable, and make sure customer orders leave accurately, efficiently, and on time .
