We have two boutiques, one in Cincinnati and one in Palm Beach, and we're looking for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a luxury fashion brand actually runs, day to day, behind the scenes and online. This is an onsite role based in either Cincinnati or Palm Beach, with travel between the two as business needs require, think of it as commuting between two of our favorite cities, both boutiques included. The Opportunity This is a rare, real seat at the table inside a luxury fashion brand — hands-on, high-visibility, and central to how the business runs. As our E-Commerce & Inventory Manager, you'll own the accuracy and daily rhythm of our Shopify and Heartland systems, making sure every product, every order, and every customer detail is presented at the level our clients expect from a luxury retail brand. It's detail-oriented, it's fast-paced, and it's genuinely lucrative for the right person who treats it like it's their own business. Key Responsibilities Selling is at the heart of this role. An e-commerce operation only matters if it's converting, so sales goals are a real, exciting part of what you'll own here. E-Commerce & Shopify Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and media team to keep merchandising, launches, and content moving in sync Manage day-to-day Shopify operations Enter and maintain product information, pricing, SKUs, sizes, colors, and product details Manage website products, collections, and online merchandising Review the website regularly for accuracy, functionality, and presentation Assist with website updates, promotions, and seasonal merchandising Support email marketing execution Monitor online orders from placement through fulfillment Inventory & POS Management Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and Heartland POS Research, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies Set up new merchandise in Heartland and e-commerce systems Maintain accurate product and inventory records Assist with inventory organization and management across both locations Pull e-commerce and inventory reports Customer & Order Management Manage sales and customer e-commerce emails Respond to customer questions professionally and quickly Coordinate returns and exchanges Assist with shipping and order issue resolution Maintain accurate customer information and records Business Operations Partner with our social media and marketing team to build excitement and momentum around new drops and moments Develop, document, and maintain e-commerce and inventory SOPs Support the team with general operational needs related to e-commerce, inventory, and systems Coordinate with the Cincinnati and Palm Beach teams to keep both locations running in sync Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. Someone who loves being creative and genuinely enjoys growing sales. Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, POS systems, inventory, or retail operations and sales Strong computer and technology skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small, tight-knit team A proactive approach to spotting and solving issues before they become problems Retail, luxury retail, fashion, merchandising, or e-commerce experience required
