In this position you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations of E-Commerce department.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required Strong customer service skills Experience selling items online preferred. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English in order to navigate websites and respond to customers Ability to learn basic computer skills using MS Offie, Windwos, and web browsers.
Responsibilities:
List items for sale on Shopgoodwill.com using the Upright Lister PC and mobile applications. List books for sale on Amazon, eBay, and GoodwillBooks.com using the NextShelf inventory management system. Assist with Whatnot sales as needed. Clean, test, and stage items to be photographed for sale online. Photograph merchandise using a company-provided mobile device and digital camera. Prepack items as needed as part of the listing process. Maintain high level of care and accuracy in handling and shelving items to ensure they are not damaged and can be located for fulfillment. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously through the Shopgoodwill customer service ticket system, email, and incoming phone calls. Purge unsold merchandise using the Upright Lister mobile application. Assist with refunds as requested. Assist persons served in job-related tasks as needed and communicate essential information to Mission staff. Provide assistance as needed in picking, packing, and shipping orders, processing jewelry, fulfilling in-store pickup orders, emptying garbage bins, sweeping, vacuuming shelves, etc. Market Goodwill's mission to the public, persons served, and all others with whom you have contact while working.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents Goodwill in a professional and positive manner. Act as a role model for persons served, including interacting with them with respect and dignity at all times, even when they do not show the same to you. Provide follow-up with persons served and Mission staff. Demonstrate the ability to treat others with dignity and respect. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate clearly and effectively. Other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
MEDIUM Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Frequently unloading trucks, walking, bending, standing.
MENTAL DEMANDS
Problem-solving, dealing with stressful situation, decision-making, communication with others, planning, organizing, writing.
MODERATE
Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.). While the benefits are great, Goodwill's mission is really at the heart of all we do.
