Nothing Is Given isn't just our motto—it's how we operate. Position Overview The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing the company's online sales strategy. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will work to optimize the performance of our Shopify ecommerce platforms, and work to improve the overall customer online shopping experience. This role combines commercial ownership, digital marketing knowledge, merchandising expertise, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention. Manage day-to-day ecommerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, search, navigation, and site content. Partner with marketing teams to plan and optimize SEO, paid search, email, affiliate, display, and social, campaigns. Analyze website traffic, sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with IT, web development, and UX teams to improve site speed, usability, checkout performance, and customer experience. Monitor competitor activity, ecommerce trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to keep the online business competitive. Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications Required 3-6 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, marketplace management, or a related commercial role. Experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms preferred Strong working knowledge of web analytics, ecommerce reporting, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization Experience collaborating with marketing, IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams. Preferred Data-driven decision making and comfort interpreting dashboards, KPIs, customer behavior, and sales trends. Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination. Knowledge of UX principles, product taxonomy, site search, content management, promotion planning, and product feed optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Leadership ability to manage coordinators, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional contributors.
