Part-Time General Operations Assistant — tinystarr tinystarr is a growing apparel brand specializing in premium, garment-dyed retro tees. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Operations Assistant to help us keep up with order fulfillment, shipping, and day-to-day warehouse tasks as we scale.

What You'll Do:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Print shipping labels and coordinate daily carrier pickups Inspect finished garments for quality before packing Organize and maintain inventory across product styles, colors, and sizes Receive and log incoming stock and supplies Flag low inventory and assist with restocking Keep the workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with occasional product photography setup or order-related customer support tasks

What We're Looking For:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail — our customers notice Comfortable working independently and managing your own time Experience in a warehouse, print shop, or fulfillment environment is a plus Familiarity with Shopify or shipping platforms (ShipStation, Pirateship, etc.) is a bonus A genuine interest in apparel, streetwear, or small brand culture fits right in

Part-time, flexible hours (15-30 hours a week) Located in Bloomington, IN near the west side Pizza X Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
