Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We're a fast-growing eBay resale business, and we're looking for a hands-on operations manager to run our warehouse floor day-to-day. You'll oversee shipping, staff, listings, and customer service — ideal for someone organized, tech-comfortable, and good at leading a small team.

Responsibilities Manage daily shipping:

print labels and package orders for timely fulfillment Supervise warehouse staff, keeping the team on task and daily goals on schedule Research and identify unmarked, unusual, or hard-to-identify merchandise for accurate listing Organize and maintain merchandise flow throughout the warehouse Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Create and manage product listings on eBay and Facebook Marketplace Qualifications Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred Comfortable using eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and shipping software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead and motivate a small team Good written communication for customer service Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
