Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused E-Commerce Support Specialist to join our Retail Order Fulfillment Team! This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate online order processing, timely customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule (40 hours per week), including weekends, with flexibility during peak retail seasons.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactionsCommunicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and order updatesCoordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staffMonitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concernsSupport third-party marketplace orders and maintain accurate product availabilityRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, professional serviceMaintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred13 years of customer service, retail, administrative, or e-commerce experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelAbility to learn e-commerce and order management systemsSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPhysical RequirementsFrequently sit, stand, walk, and work at a computerOccasionally bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 poundsAbility to work additional hours during peak retail seasons as neededSome of our benefits may include: Competitive Wages Day, Evening, and Weekend Schedules Tuition Assistance for eligible employees Scholarship Opportunities Employee Discounts Health and Welfare Insurances 401K Savings with company match Employee Referral Bonus Internship ProgramCome grow with us!
