The Senior Director, eCommerce leads the strategy, development, and optimization of the organization's e-commerce products and platforms to drive digital revenue growth and elevate customer experience. This role oversees multi-year product roadmaps, cross functional delivery, and platform performance, ensuring e-commerce capabilities align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. Essential Functions Develop and execute company e-commerce product strategy, defining a multi-year roadmap that improves customer experience and drives digital revenue Optimize online customer experience, ensuring the site is intuitive, responsive, visually compelling, and designed to maximize conversion and repeat sales Manage e-commerce performance and profitability, establishing KPIs, analyzing results, and guiding decisions on pricing, promotions, merchandising, and digital marketing investments Partner with senior leadership and cross business teams to align e-commerce initiatives with enterprise strategy and support new digital product and service opportunities Oversee vendor and technology partnerships, ensuring platforms and applications support marketing, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability Remove organizational barriers and accelerate decision making, ensuring teams have clarity, resources, and support to deliver high impact digital outcomes Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned People Management Accountable for team staffing and managing direct reports to include development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow ethical business practices and Company's Code of Conduct to maintain a supportive and productive working environment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience 12 years experience in e-commerce, digital product management, or digital marketing, including leadership of cross functional teams 6 years leadership or people management experience Preferred Requirements Experience leading large scale e commerce product organizations Experience in agile product development and enterprise platform integration Skills and Abilities Expert knowledge of e commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and online merchandising strategies Strong product management and agile leadership skills, with the ability to define vision, prioritize roadmaps, and guide teams through complex delivery cycles Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including KPI development, forecasting, and P&L management for digital businesses Exceptional leadership capability, including developing leaders, managing organizational change, and fostering a high performance, customer centric culture Deep understanding of user experience design, including navigation, content strategy, product presentation, and mobile responsiveness Ability to influence and collaborate across executive, technical, and commercial teams Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language Physical and Cognitive Demands Communicate/Hearing Frequently Communicate/Talking Frequently Learn New Tasks or Concepts Frequently Make Timely Decisions in the Context of a Workflow Frequently Complete Tasks Independently Constantly Maintain Focus Constantly Remember Processes & Procedures Constantly Stationary Position (Seated) Constantly Vision Constantly Hand/Eye Coordination Occasionally Bend Rarely Complete Tasks in a
