Live Stream Operations Specialist Advanced Creative Media is seeking a Live Stream Operations Specialist to lead our growing live-stream commerce operations across platforms including TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and other emerging social commerce channels. This hybrid role combines live-stream hosting, operations management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary live-stream host while overseeing daily livestream execution, managing a team of hosts, optimizing sales performance, and developing scalable live commerce processes. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is comfortable on camera, managing people, analyzing performance metrics, and operating in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Live Stream Hosting & Sales Host live shopping broadcasts representing Advanced Creative Media and partner brands. Present products through engaging storytelling, demonstrations, and real-time audience interaction. Drive sales conversion through effective product presentation and customer engagement. Monitor livestream performance metrics and continuously improve hosting strategies. Live Stream Operations Management Manage daily livestream operations including scheduling, preparation, execution, and post-stream analysis. Coordinate products, inventory, promotional campaigns, equipment, and technical setup. Develop operational workflows and SOPs to improve livestream efficiency and consistency. Troubleshoot operational issues during live broadcasts. Team Leadership Lead, train, and manage a team of livestream hosts. Provide coaching on presentation skills, sales techniques, customer engagement, and brand representation. Establish performance standards and support continuous improvement. Assist with onboarding and training new hosts. Merchant & Campaign Support Collaborate with brands and merchants to execute successful livestream campaigns. Support product launches, promotions, and ecommerce growth initiatives. Provide recommendations on product positioning, content strategy, and sales optimization. Performance Optimization Analyze key metrics including GMV, conversion rate, viewer engagement, retention, and average order value. Develop recommendations to improve sales performance. Stay current with livestream commerce trends and platform best practices. Requirements 1+ years of experience in livestreaming, ecommerce sales, social commerce, digital marketing, or related fields. Experience hosting live broadcasts or presenting products on camera. Experience managing, training, or mentoring team members. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for ecommerce, digital sales, and emerging commerce platforms. Preferred Experience with TikTok Shop, WhatNot, Amazon Live, or similar livestream platforms. Experience with influencer, creator, or affiliate programs. Experience working with consumer brands or ecommerce businesses. Strong understanding of social commerce trends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Conditions
