About Us We are a fast-growing wholesale and direct-to-consumer distributor in the vape industry. We ship the majority of our orders from our own warehouse and operate multiple e-commerce websites serving both B2B wholesale buyers and retail customers. We are scaling quickly and moving from a shared-resource model to dedicated ownership of each of our web properties. This is a new role with real autonomy — you will own a site, not just take tickets on it. The Role We're looking for an E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of one or more of our online stores. You'll be responsible for everything from catalog accuracy and pricing structure to conversion rate and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role. You will be in the admin panel every day, not managing from a distance. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day operation and P&L performance of assigned e-commerce site(s) Manage product catalog: new product launches, SKU and flavor variants, images, descriptions, inventory sync Build and maintain wholesale pricing tiers and volume-break structures for B2B customers Monitor competitor pricing on high-volume products and recommend adjustments Plan and execute promotions, clearance pushes, and slow-moving inventory reduction Improve site conversion: category structure, search, product pages, checkout flow Coordinate with warehouse and order processing teams on stock levels and fulfillment issues Work with marketing on email campaigns, SEO, and paid traffic Report weekly on revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and top/bottom performing SKUs Identify and fix the operational gaps that cost us orders
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years managing an e-commerce store with real revenue responsibility Hands-on experience with an e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, or similar) Strong Excel skills Experience managing product catalogs with hundreds or thousands of SKUs and variants Understanding of margin, landed cost, and how pricing decisions affect profitability Must be 21 years of age or older (industry requirement) Authorized to work in the
United States Preferred:
B2B / wholesale e-commerce experience, especially tiered pricing and customer groups Background in vape, tobacco, CBD, beverage, or another high-SKU distribution category What Success Looks Like 30 days: You know the catalog, the pricing structure, and where the site is losing orders 60 days: Wholesale pricing tiers are rebuilt and competitive; stale inventory is moving 6 months: Your site's revenue is growing month over month and you're running it without needing direction
