American Key Supply, a wholesaler to locksmiths, is seeking an Ecommerce Data Specialist to own the accuracy of our product catalog across our BigCommerce storefront (americankeysupply.com), and our NetSuite ERP. This is a spreadsheet-heavy research and data role: you will research incoming products, create new items in our systems, audit our pricing against competitors, and build reports that other departments rely on. You will work in our Las Vegas office on a daily basis. We are going live on NetSuite and BigCommerce in November 2026, and this role will be part of the team maintaining product data in both systems after launch. JOB DUTIES

Product market research: research new and incoming products, confirm specifications, and create them in NetSuite and BigCommerce Product catalog management: maintain product data integrity — pricing, descriptions, images, categories, and availability — across the website, ERP, and print catalog Competitive pricing audits: comparing our pricing and availability against online competitors and report findings Build and share reports and saved searches for other departments (sales, purchasing, warehouse) from NetSuite and Excel Enter and manipulate large volumes of locksmithing-related data via administrative websites, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel Website maintenance tasks and ad-hoc Excel/data requests from other departments Miscellaneous projects as needed SKILLS we are looking for: Intermediate to advanced

Microsoft Excel:
