We operate a portfolio of five specialized ecommerce websites serving customers across the globe, with a primary focus on the North America market. We are looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow revenue across all five of our websites. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of digital and performance marketing, marketing operations, and lifecycle marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow total ecommerce revenue across new and existing customer segments. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves digging into analytics, and has a passion for B2B ecommerce growth.

Do:
Revenue Growth & Strategy Own revenue targets across and develop annual and quarterly growth plans Identify high-opportunity product categories, customer segments, and marketing channels to prioritize for growth Lead initiatives to increase average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value (LTV), including lifecycle marketing strategies and cross-channel marketing programs Site Optimization Work with our to maintain and improve product listing quality and conversion Develop A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) programs to improve key site metrics; work alongside our website developer and web designer to implement A/B program. Ensure product pages are optimized for both SEO and conversion, including copy, imagery, pricing, and specifications Oversee promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental revenue Digital & Performance Marketing Oversight Work with paid media agency to optimize and scale paid search (Google and MS Ads) and launch paid social campaigns in the future Work with our to develop and execute new email marketing strategies including promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, etc. in support of ecommerce goals, with a focus on RFM segmentation Monitor our digital reputation, especially company and product reviews; ensure we continue to source new reviews and ratings remain high Analytics & Reporting Analyze ecommerce KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, cart abandonment, etc.) and report regularly to leadership Use analytics data from Google, Big Commerce, Hubspot, and other tools to identify trends and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across all five sites Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with our internal and agency teams on landing pages, category pages, and campaign assets Collaborate with the and operations teams on new product launches, price changes, etc. Interface with the customer service team to identify friction points and improve the customer experience What you'll need to be successful 3-6 years of ecommerce experience for B2B (preferred) or DTC brands Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth for large ecommerce product catalogs with thousands of SKUs Hands-on experience with BigCommerce (required); familiarity with other ecommerce platforms is a plus Strong technical acumen and marketing operations chops across the ecommerce and digital marketing technology stack, including familiarity with product feed management (OmniOne, Feedonomics), marketing automation + personalization platforms (especially HubSpot and/or Klaviyo), paid media platforms (Google Ads, MS Ads, Meta, TikTok), analytics solutions (GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), AB testing + site optimization tools (VWO, HotJar, etc.) Strong proficiency with data analysis, especially funnel measurement and conversion optimization Experience managing or closely collaborating on paid search, paid social, and SEO programs Experience in workplace safety, industrial supply, lean manufacturing, or adjacent B2B categories is preferred Experience managing and mentoring junior ecommerce or digital marketing team members Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously Strong written communication skills for copywriting, briefs, and stakeholder updates About Creative Safety Supply Creative Safety Supply is at the forefront of the visual safety industry.
