Part time eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Bridge and Burn is hiring! Our fun team is looking for someone who is a self starter and willing to work hard to make sure our customers have the product they want when they want it. We are a small company making and selling amazing clothing. In this role, a successful candidate will execute order fulfillment, with direct responsibility for all aspects of daily shipments. Major components of this job include: Job Duties include: In house Fulfillment Manage fulfilment software Email and chat correspondence with internal team Process returns and warranties Job Requirements Must be extremely detail-oriented Have good judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working under minimal supervision Be cordial and professional Be able to coordinate with other departments Have interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams Have leadership skills Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form Strong organizational skills Proficient with various Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod products and similar technology Previous experience in fulfillment and/ or retail apparel is ideal
