Position Overview Naot is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and support our online marketplace and direct-to-consumer operations. This role focuses on Amazon account management, product listings, inventory coordination, performance reporting, and customer service support. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working across systems while maintaining a strong understanding of both operational execution and customer experience. This position is part of a broader customer service team supporting both wholesale and retail customers . Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller/Vendor Central operations Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, images, keywords) Monitor and maintain product content accuracy and brand consistency across platforms Track inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability Manage pricing, promotions, and MAP compliance across Amazon and other marketplaces Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify opportunities for growth Generate and maintain Excel reports for leadership and internal teams Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and account health metrics Assist with customer service inquiries for both wholesale and retail customers, including order status, returns, and issue resolution Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Support order flow, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution across platforms Assist with broader e-commerce initiatives including website and marketplace integrations Qualifications 2+ years of Amazon or e-commerce experience (Seller Central or Vendor Central preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Experience with product listings, SEO/keywords, and online merchandising Familiarity with inventory management and order flow processes Experience supporting customer service for wholesale and/or retail customers is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset Work Environment Full-time, in-person role in Hauppauge, NY Collaborative, team-oriented office Fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth Benefits Health insurance Paid time off
