The ideal candidate should have experience gathering business requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, documenting functional requirements, and supporting end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions.

Prepare and maintain:

Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Use Cases and Process Flows Perform gap analysis and process mapping. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams. Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Production Go-Live activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify business risks, dependencies, and change requests. Minimum 3+ years of Retail and eCommerce experience . Experience in end-to-end implementation projects. Experience working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and communication skills. Preferred Industry Experience Retail eCommerce Marketplace Omni-channel Commerce Fashion Retail Grocery Retail Pharmacy Retail Consumer Goods Nice to Have Experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce implementations. Experience with Discovery, Solution Design, MVP Delivery, and Go-Live. Experience working with international or distributed teams.
