We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reports and Data Manager to join our team. No prior ecommerce experience is necessary, but it is preferred. In this role, you will harness your expertise to extract, report, and analyze data, creating actionable insights that drive our online sales strategies. Your passion for spreadsheets, data analysis, and problem solving will empower us to optimize processes, forecast trends, and elevate our ecommerce business. This position offers an opportunity to influence business decisions. This position requires a minimum of two days a week in our Camas, WA office. Flex-time is welcomed outside the office days. All equipment for the position, including what is needed for WFH, is included. Duties Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to ecommerce sales Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth. Utilize basic tools and AI to extract data for sales forecasting, product sales tracking, and logistics analysis. Conduct comprehensive reports to support strategic planning, product launches, and promotional activities. Lead projects focused on process optimization by applying data-driven methodologies Qualifications Data management and analysis - preferred within an ecommerce environment but open to other candidates with a strong understanding of general reporting Proficiency in Excel - must be able to run pivot tables, create formulas, Vlook-up Ability to interpret data trends and generate actionable insights Excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives Effective communication skills for presenting data insights clearly Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field is preferred but not required.
