Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. In this role, you will manage key e-commerce accounts, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and drive revenue growth through innovative digital marketing techniques. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence across various online platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital commerce, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies to maximize performance. Duties Manage and grow relationships with online retail partners and marketplaces, ensuring account targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and email channels to boost visibility and sales. Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to optimize product listings, content, and website pages for higher search rankings. Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing user behavior data, testing landing pages, and refining user journeys to increase sales. Create compelling content including product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as graphic design, content creation, web development (WordPress, HTML, CSS), and marketing automation to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in B2B marketing and e-commerce trends; stay updated on SEM best practices for continuous improvement. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation platforms. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, content management systems (CMS), and related plugins. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and troubleshooting technical issues. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management to craft engaging campaigns. Experience with performance marketing strategies focused on conversion rate optimization and ROI maximization. Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques for nurturing customer relationships. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making; experience with analytics dashboards is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and present insights clearly.
