Job Type:
Full-Time Compensation:
$90,000-$140,000+ base, DOE, plus performance bonus tied to revenue growth and conversion metrics About Us We're a fast-growing wholesale diabetic supply company doing roughly $2 million/month in wholesale revenue. We're now investing in our direct-to-consumer Shopify store as a new growth channel — currently carrying 64 SKUs (with 30+ more launching soon) of products people need on an ongoing basis (think CGMs, sensors, and diabetic care essentials). We already have proof this works: a freelance specialist built us an optimized order flow and ad funnel for one hero product that's converting significantly better than our previous setup. Now we're ready to bring that expertise in-house and scale it across our full catalog. This is a real opportunity to own a growth channel from the ground up, backed by a financially stable parent business with real ad budget behind you — not a scrappy, unfunded startup gig. What You'll Own Shopify storefront &
CRO:
Manage and continuously optimize product listing pages across our growing SKU catalog, using our current top-performing listing as the template — then test, iterate, and improve from there.
Paid acquisition:
Run and scale Google Ads across multiple products (we're currently only advertising one), plus manage retargeting campaigns on Facebook/Meta and other ad networks. Conversion & checkout optimization: Build and run split tests on product pages and checkout/order flows (e.g., multi-step order forms), use heatmaps and session recordings to find friction points, and systematically improve conversion rates. Email & retention marketing: Build and manage automated email flows, including abandoned-cart/incomplete-checkout recovery sequences and post-purchase retention campaigns.
Subscriptions:
Lead our subscribe-and-save strategy — since our products are recurring necessities (not discretionary purchases), this is a major growth lever for us. Build bundle offers and pricing strategies to maximize subscription enrollment and retention. Analytics & attribution: Track which keywords, campaigns, and channels drive not just conversions but long-term customer value (LTV) and subscription retention — and use that data to guide budget allocation over time.
Own the full picture:
Be the in-house expert responsible for growing our entire online presence — anticipating opportunities and challenges we haven't thought of yet. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing a Shopify store end-to-end, ideally in a DTC or subscription-based business Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook retargeting campaigns Strong understanding of CRO fundamentals — A/B testing, heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar), checkout/funnel optimization Experience building email marketing flows/sequences (Klaviyo or similar) Familiarity with subscription/retention models (e.g., Recharge, Skio, or similar) is a strong plus Comfort working with data to connect marketing activity to downstream metrics like LTV and retention — not just click-through and conversion rate Self-directed — comfortable owning a channel and making data-backed decisions with minimal oversight Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or regulated/compliance-aware ecommerce is a plus, but not required Why Join Us Full ownership of a growth channel backed by a stable, profitable parent business Real budget for ads, tools, and testing — this isn't a shoestring operation Direct impact: you'll be building the playbook for scaling this channel across dozens of new SKUs Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to the growth you drive To Apply Please include: Your resume Link to a Shopify store (or specific product pages) you've built or optimized, ideally with before/after context on what you improved A short note (a few sentences is fine) on a time you took a product page or ad campaign that was underperforming and improved it — what you changed and what the result was If available: examples of email flows or retargeting campaigns you've built (screenshots or a Klaviyo/Meta Ads Manager portfolio link are great) Applications without a portfolio example or relevant work sample will be deprioritized.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Paid time off Application Question(s): Share a link to a Shopify store or product page you personally built or optimized, and briefly describe what you changed and the measurable result (e.g., conversion rate before/after Have you managed subscription/recurring-revenue offers (e.g., subscribe-and-save, Recharge, Skio) as part of an ecommerce store? What's your experience level running paid retargeting campaigns (Meta/Facebook) alongside Google Ads for the same product — and what's a KPI you personally track to judge whether an ad is working (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV)?
