About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, creative eCommerce Specialist to build, launch, and continuously optimize Shopify websites for Dealer Merchandising's dealership partners. In this role, you'll own every aspect of the online shopping experiencefrom configuring new storefronts and merchandising products to optimizing site performance, improving conversion rates, and launching seasonal campaigns.

You'll combine website management, digital merchandising, product catalog management, SEO, and analytics to help dealerships extend their brand beyond the showroom and grow online merchandise sales. What You'll DoBuild, launch, and manage Shopify websites for dealership clientsConfigure themes, navigation, collections, menus, and storefront settings while maintaining Dealer Merchandising design standardsCustomize each website to reflect the dealership's brand while delivering a consistent customer experience across our portfolioUpload and maintain product catalogs, including images, pricing, descriptions, variants, and inventory informationOrganize products into intuitive collections based on vehicle brands, lifestyle categories, promotions, and seasonal campaignsMerchandise homepages, featured collections, and promotional content to maximize engagement and salesBuild seasonal landing pages and launch promotional campaigns, discount codes, and featured collections throughout the yearAnalyze website performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for growthOptimize navigation, product pages, collections, and checkout experiences to improve conversion rates and average order valueWrite and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions, collection pages, metadata, image alt text, and URLs to improve organic search visibilityPublish blog content and landing pages that support dealership marketing initiatives and search engine optimizationCoordinate website updates with marketing calendars, email campaigns, and seasonal merchandising initiativesPerform ongoing quality assurance to ensure pricing, inventory, product information, and customer experiences remain accurate and consistentStay current on Shopify features, apps, and emerging eCommerce best practices, recommending improvements that increase efficiency and drive salesWhat You Bring2+ years of experience managing Shopify websitesStrong understanding of Shopify Admin, themes, collections, navigation, and product managementExperience managing large product catalogs across multiple collectionsKnowledge of eCommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer experience best practicesUnderstanding of SEO fundamentals and on-site optimizationExperience using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search ConsoleExcellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong written communication and copywriting skillsAbility to manage multiple websites and competing priorities simultaneouslyBonus Points ForShopify theme customization experienceBasic HTML and CSS knowledgeExperience with Klaviyo or Shopify EmailProduct photography coordination or asset managementExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or FigmaAutomotive, retail, lifestyle, or consumer products experienceWhat Success Looks LikeEvery dealership launches with a polished, high-converting Shopify websiteProduct catalogs remain accurate, organized, and consistently up to dateCustomers easily discover products through intuitive navigation and thoughtful digital merchandisingConversion rates, average order value, and online merchandise sales improve over timeSeasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches are executed flawlessly and on scheduleDealer partners view Dealer Merchandising as an extension of their marketing and retail teamWebsites continuously evolve based on customer behavior, analytics, and emerging eCommerce best practices
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
