Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting eCommerce Project Manager opportunities in New York, NY(Hybrid role). Responsibilities for eCommerce Project Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Manage and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across GarnierUSA.com and key retailer platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, accurate product information, asset syndication, and timely content updates.
  • Drive executional excellence for new product launches, content refreshes, and brand messaging initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve product content, navigation, assortment updates, and the overall consumer journey on Garnier.com.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital asset deployment processes and online launch workflows.
  • Monitor online merchandising standards and support conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Independently create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while maintaining accurate budget trackers and financial records.
  • Track team spending and ensure compliance with internal financial processes.
  • Coordinate and manage product orders for influencer mailers, PR campaigns, events, and content production.
  • Review, route, and process influencer and talent contracts in partnership with Legal and external agencies using Ironclad.
  • Manage compliance reporting, including Values Match reporting and monthly data integrity audits.
  • Maintain and monitor product inventory housed within external warehouse systems.
  • Track packaging updates, product redesigns, and new product launches to ensure alignment with current branding and packaging standards.
  • Organize, maintain, and audit shared digital asset libraries, ensuring accurate storage of creative assets, guidelines, and historical documents.
  • Ensure accessibility and version control of brand materials across teams.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for influencer campaigns, mailers, product seedings, experiential events, and PR activations.
  • Coordinate logistics with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain organized records of approved product claims, fact sheets, and legal documentation.
  • Support earned media initiatives and influencer relationship management activities. Candidates for eCommerce Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Operations, Brand Management, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience managing retailer product detail pages (PDPs), digital storefronts, or preferred e-commerce content.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, user experience, and direct-to-consumer/retailer e-commerce environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, legal partners, and retail stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining budgets, trackers, and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital content management systems.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Target, or other retailer e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing operations and contract management processes.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content syndication tools.
  • Experience in Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or Consumer Brands preferred. What's in this eCommerce Project Manager position for you?

    Pay Details:
