Bronzed in Rio is looking for a SUPER creative, social-media-obsessed assistant who understands short-form content, knows how to make things look GOOD, and can help bring fresh ideas to the brand. This is not a boring corporate marketing job. I'm looking for someone who is FAST in CapCut, lives on Instagram/TikTok, understands trends, hooks, funny content, aesthetics, and knows how to turn simple footage into Reels people actually want to watch. I will provide most of the raw footage — I need someone who can take it and RUN with it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Creating around 20 short-form Reels per workday using footage provided Editing in CapCut — hooks, text overlays, trending sounds, quick cuts, transitions, funny concepts, before/afters, product-focused content, etc. Scheduling around 7-8 social media posts Researching trends and coming up with FRESH content ideas for Bronzed in Rio Bringing your own ideas to the table — I do NOT want someone who needs to be told exactly what to create every single time Occasionally DMing models/creators for collaborations Creating and maintaining product listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other selling platforms Creating and posting Pinterest content/pins Repurposing content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms Helping find new places online where Bronzed in Rio products and content can be posted Occasionally meeting in person for content days around Miami / South Florida

PAY + SCHEDULE

Remote work: $18-$25/hour depending on experience and assignment In-person content days: $100, usually around 3-4 hours Approximately 3-4 days per week Remote days are flexible and based mainly on completing the assigned work for that day.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

Extremely creative Knows CapCut VERY well Actually understands Instagram, TikTok, Reels, viral hooks, trends, sounds, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling Has a strong eye for aesthetics Can look at raw footage and immediately think of multiple ways to turn it into content Can come up with ideas independently instead of waiting for instructions all day Works quickly and efficiently Reliable and organized Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms Comfortable writing captions, titles, listings, and basic product descriptions Lives in Miami or south Florida and has reliable transportation for occasional content days Comfortable working around bikini, tanning, beauty, and body-focused content BONUS if you already create content, run social media pages, make UGC, sell online, or have your own portfolio. I care way more about your creativity, taste, editing skills, and understanding of social media than having a fancy degree.
