Visual Graphic & Brand Coordinator ChromebookParts.com is looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Visual Graphic & Brand Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, social media, sales materials, events, and customer experiences. This is more than a traditional graphic design role. You'll work across departments to turn ideas, products, and business needs into polished visual experiences that strengthen our brand and help our teams connect with customers. What You'll Do:
Brand & Graphic Design Create professional, on-brand graphics and materials for digital and print, including presentations, informational PDFs, infographics, email graphics, signage, promotional materials, business cards, and other collateral. Help maintain and strengthen the ChromebookParts.com visual identity across customer-facing and internal channels. Ensure consistent use of logos, colors, typography, imagery, and other brand elements. Create materials supporting company initiatives and culture, including employee communications, events, announcements, headshots, signage, and other internal creative projects. Sales & Customer-Facing Creative Partner with Sales and other teams to create presentations, program materials, graphics, and other assets that effectively communicate our products, services, and value to customers. Develop creative materials supporting our full range of lifecycle solutions, including Parts, Repairs, Device Sales, Buyback/ITAD, and other services. Collaborate with Sales and Contracts to develop professional visual elements for proposals, contract opportunities, and customer presentations. Work directly with customers when needed to understand creative requirements and translate them into polished, professional materials and digital experiences. Social Media & Digital Content Coordinate and create engaging company content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Develop content highlighting products, employees, company culture, educational resources, conferences, community involvement, promotions, and company news. Maintain a consistent social media presence while identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and brand awareness. Create visual assets supporting email campaigns, digital advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Website, E-Commerce & Digital Experience Create and maintain visual content across ChromebookParts.com, including homepage graphics, landing pages, promotional content, resource pages, product imagery, and other customer-facing materials. Work within Magento and related platforms to update website graphics, content, and visual elements. Support the creation and maintenance of customer white-label websites, including branding, graphics, content, forms, and overall visual presentation. Help improve the design, usability, and consistency of customer-facing forms and other digital interactions. Support e-commerce and emerging sales channels through product imagery, show graphics, promotional assets, and other creative needs. Events & Creative Project Coordination Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and company events in partnership with Sales and Leadership. Design and coordinate banners, displays, merchandise, signage, promotional materials, and social content for events. Coordinate marketing materials, merchandise, displays, and shipments to ensure our teams are prepared for conferences and trade shows. Maintain organized libraries and inventory of brand assets, photography, templates, presentations, merchandise, conference materials, and other creative resources. Manage multiple creative projects from initial request through final delivery, balancing priorities and deadlines across departments. Stay current with graphic design trends, social platforms, AI-assisted creative tools, e-commerce, and emerging marketing technologies that can strengthen our brand and improve our creative processes. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, brand coordination, marketing design, or a related creative role. A strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating graphic design, branding, and digital content experience. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable professional creative tools. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both digital and print applications. Experience creating content for social media and other digital platforms. Basic photography, image editing, and video content capabilities. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers. Ability to take a creative project from initial concept through final production. Ability to receive feedback, adapt, and continuously improve. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Magento, Jotform, e-commerce platforms, website content management, or digital marketing. Experience with product photography or video content creation. Experience working in a growing company, technology organization, education market, or e-commerce business. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging marketing technologies. Compensation:
