You'll be there for them after the sale too, on returns and core charge refunds, and learn e-commerce auto parts from the ground up. We'll train. This is a long-term career opportunity that isn't likely to come around again. What you will do Customer service focused. You're the first line before and after the sale, and a fast and professional response is what helps us to grow. Quote and sell. Work pre-sales questions, build quotes and follow up until they close. Lookup parts. Get the VIN, catalog and diagram, and confirm fitment before the order ships. Fast processing is the point. Jump in and advocate for the customer. Make certain that orders are shipping, flag problems to e-commerce management and keep the customer posted. Handle exceptions. Returns, core charge refunds, cancellations, damaged or lost shipments. In time you'll work order fulfillment and shipping as well. Skills needed A true friend to the customer. You own the customer's problem and follow up without being asked. Fast accurate typing. Most of this job happens in text - live chat and email mostly. Strong on the phone. You sound like someone people want to buy from when customers do call us. High volume.
