POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a dependable and adaptable Bilingual Ecommerce Assistant to support daily operations across ecommerce, customer service, inventory coordination, and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-service oriented, and excited to grow within a collaborative boutique and wholesale business environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Upload product information and photos to ecommerce platforms Assist with inventory organization and barcoding processes Support customer communication via phone and email Assist with boutique order fulfillment and operational support Support social media engagement and online presence initiatives Assist with trade show preparation and occasional onsite event support Provide general administrative and customer service support across departments

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual in Spanish required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable learning new systems and ecommerce platforms Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Social media familiarity preferred Retail, boutique, hospitality, restaurant, or ecommerce experience highly preferred Comfortable working within a fast-paced small business environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$19.00/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Client-provided equipment onsite
