E-Commerce & Marketing About Us AYC and Salon City are leading names in professional salon furnishings and equipment, serving direct-to-consumer stylists, salon owners, and commercial distributors across the nation. We blend high-end aesthetic design with functional quality. We are looking for a high-energy, creative E-Commerce Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team 100% on-site in Garland, TX. If you have an eye for modern graphic design, know how to build engaging email campaigns, and want to see your creative ideas directly drive online sales, this role is for you. Position Overview In this full-time on-site role, you will be the visual and digital engine behind our promotional campaigns. You will concept, design, write, and execute multi-channel marketing collateral—spanning email broadcasts, automated sequences, web banners, and social media content. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic & Visual Design (40%)- Design high-converting digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or modern design tools (Figma/Canva).
- Create eye-catching email templates, homepage banners, social carousels, and digital product feature graphics.
- Touch up, edit, and organize product photography and brand assets for storefront merchandising.
- Assist with basic short-form video edits (Reels, TikToks, product demos) highlighting product features and salon design trends. 2. Email Marketing & Campaigns (30%)
- Manage the email calendar end-to-end: setup, visual layout, copywriting, and deployment.
- Build and refine automated flow sequences (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back).
- Write punchy, engaging copy tailored to salon professionals, studio owners, and B2B buyers.
- Track basic performance metrics (Open Rates, Click-Through Rates, Revenue per Email) and run visual A/B tests. 3. Social Media & E-Commerce Merchandising (30%)
- Plan, write, and schedule monthly social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Align promotional posts and web visuals with inventory updates, seasonal sales events, and product launches.
- Assist in updating storefront visuals to ensure homepage banners and landing pages match active promotional campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages to build brand loyalty. Qualifications & Requirements
