Supervise day-to-day operations of www.Shopgoodwill.com online storefront and other GWH online sales venues by planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the operations, development, and implementation of the eComm business. Assists with planning, development, and implementation of product strategies and eComm initiatives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee production in Quality Control, Photography, Listing, Inventory Control & Shipping. Respond to customer service inquiries. Generate reports on overall department performance.Consistently surpasses department goals for:
Sales Revenue to Budgeted Sales IAT vs. Comp Sell Through Percentage Wage to the Budget ratio Overtime % to total hours Safety Audit score Provide feedback to the manager and General Manager regarding production and customer service issues. Work closely with store management teams to ensure the product is listed quickly and accurately. Assist with coordinating with other departments regarding the proper flow of eComm products. Assist with the development of training materials for eComm team members and program participants. Responsible for the posting of quality items, the follow-through, and the follow-up on all items posted and sold. Assist with the selection of quality items being posted on www.Shopgoodwill.com and other online sales venues. Ensure efficient handling and storage of items to be posted. Maintain quality control through selective item selection. Responsible for taking quality photos; honestly, accurately, and creatively writing merchandise descriptions for an optimum showing of items. Categorize and clearly mark all merchandise photographed and posted on Shopgoodwill.com and other online sales venues. Responsible for tracking items personally posted and answering customers' questions in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in written communication with www.
Shopgoodwill.com and other online sales venues, customers, and business associates. Make proper use of available space and materials. Maintain communication with transportation and processing stores regarding receipt of items or merchandise. Responsible for all accounting and balancing of all funds, credits, and debits received by www.
Shopgoodwill.com and other online sales venues. Assist in maintaining all aspects of www.
Shopgoodwill.com and other online sales venues, including shipping as needed. Attend required training. Safeguards GWH property, including donated goods, and reports any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of company property. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must perform work safely; maintain good housekeeping standards, and ensure all aisles and pathways to fire exits are clear and free of clutter. Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Excellent computer skills. Type a minimum of 35 WPM with minimum typos. Experience with online storefront operations preferred. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Accuracy in typing with proper use of business grammar. Strong knowledge of digital photography and equipment. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software. Proficiency with Microsoft applications.Key Performance Indicators:
