Job Description:

Our client, an iconic fashion brand, is seeking a

TEMPORARY CRM

Specialist to join their downtown LA team for about 3 months!

Responsibilities:

Execute CRM campaigns across all channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals. Build in-app and SMS campaigns, manage campaign calendars, and maintain journey and automation documentation. Support the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies, including triggered and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, testing, and optimization efforts. Maintain a strong understanding of customer segments and loyalty program initiatives to support targeted communications. Conduct competitive research and contribute ideas to grow the customer base and improve loyalty engagement.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and/or project management for a cross-channel retail brand.

PREFERRED

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle ORCE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud. Please submit a resume for immediate consideration!
