In this role, you will use your automotive industry expertise and sales skills to help customers find the right vehicle solutions. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities within the automotive sector. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and tracking progress using Reynolds & Reynolds software. Present detailed product information, including automotive financing options, features, and benefits, to clients clearly and compellingly. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs, upselling additional services or accessories, and closing sales confidently. Support inventory management by coordinating with dealership teams to ensure optimal stock levels of passenger cars and high-end vehicles. Conduct customer relationship-building activities through excellent communication skills, public speaking, and personalized follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies aimed at increasing dealership visibility and attracting new clients. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive industry sales processes. (will train the right person) Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse client bases. Strong organizational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems; familiarity with inventory control and retail math is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and client communication abilities to foster trust and rapport. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through outbound efforts, upselling techniques, and proactive client engagement. Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, and automotive financing support systems is preferred. High energy level with organizational skills that enable multitasking across various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
