Full Job Description Position Summary:
The SampleIQ Analyst, Jr - DTP will be responsible for analyzing daily DTP order queues in order to clear order exceptions for processing, while ensuring adherence to client specific business rules and processes. The SampleIQ Analyst Jr - DTP will assist the Manager, SampleIQ Ops or Team Lead with all pertinent DTP order information while strictly adhering to client SOP's and the FDA's Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming DTP order data from external vendor and address exceptions identified by our data validation process. Investigate DTP inquiries from client representatives and/or HCP offices. Provide ad hoc sample trending reports requested by Manager, SampleIQ Ops or Team Lead. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards. Compliance with all personnel policies.
Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience in sample accountability, compliance or related field strongly preferred or at manager's discretion. Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel required.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Customer Service skills required. Must have demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications and relationship building. Must be detail oriented while possessing sound decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in order to achieve business and customer goals. Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities efficiently.
