CRM Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist for a remote contract opportunity. This is a part-time contract role (25-30 hours per week) supporting the execution of customer lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives. This is a 1 year-long contract. The CRM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, building, deploying, and optimizing email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. This role is ideal for a hands-on CRM marketer with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise who enjoys balancing campaign execution, automation, testing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, customer lifecycle journeys, and milestone-based communications.
Build, test, QA, and deploy campaigns while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely execution.
Create and update email content including promotional emails, newsletters, surveys, welcome journeys, and customer communications.
Write and optimize subject lines, messaging, and content to improve engagement and campaign performance.
Manage audience segmentation, list creation, and customer targeting strategies.
Support customer journey development, campaign automation, and workflow optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on messaging, design, timing, and audience segments to improve performance.
Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and deliverability.
Generate reporting and provide recommendations to improve CRM performance and customer engagement.
Partner with brand, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to align CRM campaigns with broader business initiatives.
Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations and subscriber preferences.
Review email renderings and perform quality assurance testing across devices and platforms.
Responsibilities:
