Our business strategists are responsible for tasks such as designing website architecture, providing technology advice to clients, mapping buyer personas and journeys, analyzing website performance, optimizing for SEO, automating marketing processes, generating leads, and reporting on ROI. You will own the strategic direction for websites and retainer clients. That means leading discovery, defining growth strategy, architecting user journeys, and ensuring every recommendation is rooted in data and aligned with client objectives. You don't just make plans — you make them work. We're looking for candidates who: Are self-motivated, self-directed and a team player Can prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Have strong communication skills What makes you exceptional 7+ years as a digital strategist in an agency environment Deep mastery of inbound marketing methodology, Storybrand and other framerworks like TAYA Perform competitive research, compile information, and surface strategic opportunities Strong analytical background — you trust data, not guesses Proven examples of strategy that drove measurable growth Executive-level communication skills Ability to translate complex technical ideas into business language Beyond skillset You take ownership You finish what you start You care about the team winning You handle pressure with composure You're competitive — but not political Tools you're comfortable with HubSpot certification(s) •Certifications are a plus.
