The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. Within this group, the Fan Intelligence team delivers insights that deepen understanding of player behavior, audience trends, and engagement across EA's portfolio. We partner with franchise and marketing teams to connect audience insights with content and creative performance. Impact You will lead creative analytics initiatives that connect fan behavior with content performance, shaping marketing strategy and improving creative effectiveness across franchises. Responsibilities Lead analysis across player, media, and social datasets Evaluate creative effectiveness across trailers, campaigns, and creators Build scalable dashboards and creative measurement frameworks Synthesize audience and content data into actionable insights Guide partners on content strategy, budgets, and asset planning Embed analytics into creative and campaign workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, or related field 5+ years of analytics experience in marketing, media, or product analytics Advanced SQL skills across multiple data sources Experience with statistical modeling (regression, experimentation) Experience using R or Python for modeling and analysis Core Skills and Experience Experience analyzing creative or marketing performance Advanced data visualization and dashboard design Experience with media measurement or experimentation frameworks Experience influencing decisions through data Experience working with global, cross-functional teams Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) •$92,900 - $129,200 CAD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
