A leading health insurance provider is seeking a motivated Digital Accessibility Analyst to work remotely from Chattanooga, TN. This role involves ensuring digital content accessibility and compliance with established standards. About the

40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
The Digital Accessibility Analyst will be responsible for: Supporting accessibility reviews and testing of digital content using established standards and technologies. Assisting with content and document reviews to reduce maintenance and compliance risks. Providing accessibility guidance to various teams to improve usability and inclusion. Coordinating accessibility-related activities during peak demand periods. Contributing to additional accessibility initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX, or usability. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Relevant certifications in digital accessibility tools. Skills in communication and teamwork. Ability to work independently. Accountability for project outcomes.
