Analytics Full Job Description General Job Brief :
The Social Media & Marketing Assistant Volunteer for Executive Director of Continuing and Adult Education to support Arizona Christian University's (ACU's) brand and objectives by creating, capturing, and distributing content across ACU's social platforms. This hands-on position involves creating materials, publishing content, engaging audiences, and supporting social media and enrollment initiatives. The assistant collaborates with the executive director and related staff and faculty to ensure content remains accurate, timely, on-brand, and aligned with ACU's mission. Success requires actively championing the mission and vision through key responsibilities. This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the unique Christian mission and vision of ACU to Transform Culture with Truth, and the ability to advance that mission and vision through the performance of its duties, including person-to-person mentorship and discipleship.Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Content Planning & Publishing Execute regular content across ACU's primary channels (examples: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X). Write, edit, and publish posts that reflect ACU's voice and visual identity, including captions, tags, and platform-specific formatting. Use tools such as Loomly, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe to build campaigns and content for each platform. Maintain schedules, task lists, and basic documentation for ongoing campaigns and recurring content. Strategy Support, Analytics, and Reporting Track and report KPIs (reach, engagement, video views, follower growth, click-throughs, conversions) and make recommendations based on results. Assist with campaign measurement and ROI tracking as directed Stay updated on platform changes and trends; suggest new ideas that align with ACU's brand. Support other marketing tasks assigned to meet communication and recruitment goals.Other Duties and Responsibilities :
Completing other duties and tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism, as directed, and not necessarily mentioned in this description, may be asked on a volunteer basis. Commitment to the University's faith statement, mission, and purposes; and an active Christian faith. Comfort and familiarity with the practice of praying with and for others, including students, faculty, and fellow University staff. The ability to meaningfully support and encourage students, faculty, and staff from a biblical worldview perspective, using relevant and applicable references from the Old and New Testaments and orthodox Christian writings. Demonstrated alignment with and enthusiastic support for the Christian Mission and Core Commitments of the University, including signing the University's Statement of Faith and Core Commitments annually.Education and Experience :
A bachelor's degree is preferred, with preference given to experience in marketing, communications, public relations, social media marketing, a related field, OR equivalent work or life experience.Ability and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- to effectively engage with a wide range of individuals. Strong professional skills
- to represent the university effectively at various events and meetings. Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms
