This role is ideal for someone who can manage details, create polished marketing materials, and independently follow projects through from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Beverly Hills, CA, with occasional travel to properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to listings, open houses, events, and other properties as needed.

Salary:

$50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers meaningful room for growth, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and expand your role as our team, listings, and development portfolio continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day marketing for active listings and development projects, including launches, timelines, pricing, availability, and marketing updates Create and update brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral Maintain a high standard of elevated, luxury-focused design across print and digital materials Manage and organize photography, video, floor plans, renderings, brand assets, and project files Build and send property email campaigns and e-blasts Assist with CRM organization, lead tracking, database segmentation, and weekly sales/marketing reporting Create and schedule social media content, including posts, Reels, Stories, and property announcements Coordinate photographers, videographers, printers, signage vendors, and other marketing partners Support broker opens, open houses, launches, and events, including signage, collateral, and follow-up Review marketing materials, websites, pricing, links, and listing information for accuracy and consistency Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and visually minded , with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Hands-on graphic design experience is essential. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva and capable of independently creating polished, professional materials with a strong understanding of typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy. Strong written communication skills and experience with real estate, luxury brands, email marketing, social media, and CRM platforms are highly valued. Most importantly, this person should be able to take ownership of execution and follow-through , allowing the Marketing Director to focus on strategy, creative direction, project positioning, client relationships, and campaign performance.
