Overview Help us build our in house marketing agency. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant with strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and Display advertising, backed by a solid graphic design foundation. Advertising is the primary focus of this role and design is a close second. This is a full time, in office role based in Citrus Heights, CA. You will have a student assistant working alongside you and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. What You Will Do Build, place, and structure advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Display. This is the core of the role. Design and produce creative assets across digital and print, including social graphics, ads, apparel, and marketing collateral. Support video work including filming, editing, and creative direction. Manage and produce company blogs, newsletters, and traditional print marketing. Handle social media posting and scheduling across platforms. Collaborate with the team and help guide your student assistant on day to day production. Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and Display advertising, including building, placement, and campaign structure. This is the primary focus of the role. A BA, AA, or at least 5 years of professional design experience. Proficiency in the Adobe suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Proficiency in secondary editing platforms such as Canva. Comfort integrating AI tools into your creative and marketing workflow. This is important to how we work. Familiarity with social media posting and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile and app based editing programs. Comfort working within the Apple ecosystem. Video editing, filming, and creative direction skills. Knowledge of the home improvement, real estate, or construction industry is a plus. Who You Are You are a capable, self directed producer who can juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and keep quality high. You are comfortable owning work end to end while also mentoring a student assistant. You stay current on creative tools and are excited to fold AI into your process. Compensation and Benefits Full time hourly position paying $45,000 per year working 40 hours per week (M-F). This is an in-person position. The role includes Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Health Insurance, 401K and a phone/computer stipend.
