IN PERSON PAID STUDIO MARKETING ASSISTANT
(10 hours/week, Two 5 hour days)
Pay:
$15/hour PLUS use of professional design studio for personal projects outside of work hours
Where:
Broccoli Tree Design Studio, Downtown LA (parking reimbursed - street or lot, depending on availability) What You'll Be Doing Help plan, create, and schedule content for Broccoli Tree's social media platforms Photograph and film clothing, behind-the-scenes production, studio activities, events, and pop-ups Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms Assist with writing captions, developing content ideas, and maintaining a consistent brand voice Research fashion trends, relevant creators, potential collaborations, and marketing opportunities Help coordinate product launches, photoshoots, fashion shows, and in-person events Support influencer, stylist, photographer, and customer outreach Track content performance and help identify what is connecting with the audience Assist with occasional studio and pop-up responsibilities as needed Requirements Strong interest in fashion, streetwear, content creation, or digital marketing Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends Comfortable taking photos and filming short-form content Basic experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently Strong written communication and attention to detail Willingness to take initiative and contribute new ideas Able to work in person at our Downtown Los Angeles studio Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required; a strong creative eye and willingness to learn are most important What You'll Learn How an independent fashion brand develops and executes a marketing strategy Hands-on content creation, from concept development through filming, editing, and publishing How clothing is designed, produced, photographed, launched, and sold Brand storytelling and how to maintain a consistent visual identity and voice Social media planning, audience growth, and performance analysis Influencer, stylist, and creative-industry outreach Behind-the-scenes experience with photoshoots, pop-ups, events, and fashion presentations How to work directly with a designer in a small, fast-moving creative business Opportunities to build portfolio-ready fashion marketing and content work This position is meant to help you grow in the industry, please consider applying even if you feel you do not perfectly match the requirements.
