Job Description

About Kognitos Kognitos is building the platform that lets businesses automate their operations in plain English. No brittle scripts, no six-month integration projects — you describe the process, and it runs. We're Series B, backed by Khosla Ventures, and about 100 people. We are a company that sells AI automation, which means our own marketing had better be a showcase for it. That's the job. The role You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing — not through three layers of process. This is a small team, which means the work you do ships, gets seen by customers, and gets credited to you.
The core of the role:
we generate a lot of raw material — webinars, customer calls, product releases, conference talks, analyst conversations — and not enough of it becomes content. You'll own turning that raw material into a steady output of blog posts, social content, case studies, video clips, and email, using AI tooling to move at a volume that would otherwise take a team of four. What you'll actually do Turn one webinar into fifteen assets: clips, posts, a blog post, a nurture email Draft case studies from customer call recordings and interviews Run our LinkedIn and X presence day to day — write, schedule, engage, report on what worked Build competitive and market research briefs the sales team can actually use Support demand gen: email sequences, list building, landing pages, event logistics Build small automations and workflows that make the marketing function faster, and document them so they outlive your internship What we're looking for Evidence you've built things with AI tools — a newsletter, a side project, a content operation, an automation, a bot. We care about the artifact, not the tool list. Strong writing. AI raises your floor; it does not raise your ceiling. Taste is the thing we can't teach. Skepticism toward your own output. You fact-check what the model tells you about our product, and you throw away the generic draft instead of shipping it. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Nobody here will hand you a detailed brief. Currently enrolled or recently graduated. Major doesn't matter. What we're not looking for A long list of certifications Someone who wants a structured rotational program — this isn't that Prompt-engineering as a personality Interview process 30-min intro call with Talent 45-min conversation with the VP of Marketing Paid working session (2 hrs): we'll hand you real raw material from our marketing archive and ask you to produce a set of deliverables. Then we'll walk through how you got there the prompts, the dead ends, the edits. Final conversation + offer We pay for the working session regardless of outcome. To apply Send your resume plus one link to something you made with AI, and two sentences on what was hard about making it.
