Are you outgoing, competitive, and looking for a role where your effort actually matters? North Star Collective is expanding our Denver event team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, setting goals, and challenging themselves to improve. This is not a desk job or behind-the-scenes marketing position. Our team works face-to-face with the public at live events throughout the Denver Metro area, representing nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and helping connect community members with causes that make a real impact. You'll receive paid, hands-on training while developing practical skills in communication, fundraising, event marketing, and leadership. No previous marketing or fundraising experience is required. Immediate and next-week start dates are available.WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Brand Ambassador & Event Marketing Associate, you will:- Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at live events and community locations
- Speak directly with members of the public about nonprofit campaigns and their missions
- Educate potential supporters and help generate ongoing donor support
- Build strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development
- Learn additional responsibilities in training, event management, and team leadership as you gain experience
COMPENSATION
Guaranteed Base Pay:
$15/hour for every hour worked- PLUS additional commission and performance bonuses
- Typical biweekly earnings range from
- $1,200
- 2,500+
- , including hourly wages, commissions, and performance bonuses.

TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We don't expect you to walk in knowing everything. New team members receive paid, hands-on training and one-on-one coaching to develop skills in:- Face-to-face communication
- Public outreach and fundraising
- Relationship building
- Event marketing
- Goal setting and performance management
- Campaign management
- Training and leadership Team members who demonstrate strong performance and consistency may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility in training, event leadership, campaign management, and team development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Denver office
- Willing to travel or carpool from the office to assigned event locations
- Available to work at least
- 35 hours / 5 days per week
- Comfortable working in person and interacting directly with the public
- Available to start immediately or within the next week
