Job Overview:
The Administrative & Marketing Assistant supports daily office operations while assisting with company branding, marketing efforts, and employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures the office environment is organized, efficient, and professional, while also helping maintain consistent and high-quality company marketing content across all platforms. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively balance administrative responsibilities with creative and marketing-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and email correspondence Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall professional appearance Order, track, and manage office supplies and inventory Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general office logistics Assist with logistics for staff meetings, trainings, and company functions Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments as needed Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives Branding & Marketing Support Order and manage company-branded apparel and promotional items Assist in creating and updating marketing materials (presentations, flyers, job postings newsletters, etc.) Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials Post and maintain content across company social media platforms Assist in developing content to promote company culture, projects, and recruiting efforts Update and maintain company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
