Job Description

Digital Marketing Assistant True Ad Solutions is seeking an organized, creative, and dependable Digital Marketing Assistant to work in person at our Vernon, Connecticut office. This position will work directly with the owner and assist with the daily operations of our digital marketing company. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, learning new skills, and helping wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the owner with day-to-day business and administrative needs Creating social media graphics and marketing materials for clients Assisting with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign management Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns Posting client content in relevant local Facebook and social media groups Scheduling and publishing social media content Helping organize client projects, tasks, and deadlines Assisting with general office and company operations Communicating with clients and team members when needed Ideal qualifications: Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design software Strong written communication and organizational skills Comfortable using social media platforms, especially Facebook Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, or marketing software is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

This is an in-person position at our Vernon, CT office. The position may begin part time with the opportunity to become full time. Available working hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Part-time schedules must fall within this timeframe.
