Position Summary Bluenest is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations. This role is essential in ensuring that time-sensitive marketing tasks are executed accurately and on schedule, freeing the Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and growth. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms and coordinating with outside vendors. Key Responsibilities Digital Listings & Portals Update and maintain MLS listings, ensuring accuracy of pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability. Manage and update listings on third-party portals including New Home Source, Zillow, and other real estate platforms. Monitor portal performance and flag discrepancies or outdated information to the Marketing Manager. Email & SMS Campaigns Assist in building, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns using the company's email platform. Set up and send SMS campaigns to prospective and existing buyers in coordination with the Marketing Manager. Track campaign performance metrics and compile basic reports for review. Digital Advertising Support the coordination and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Assist with gathering assets, submitting copy, and liaising with any advertising vendors or agencies. Track ad performance and flag budget or performance issues promptly. Event & Vendor Coordination Coordinate catering logistics for company events, grand openings, and client functions, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and confirming orders. Schedule and coordinate photographers for model home shoots, community events, and marketing materials. Manage timelines and vendor communication to ensure all event-related marketing elements are delivered on time. General Marketing Support Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager as needed. Maintain organized files of marketing assets, campaign records, and vendor contacts. Research new marketing tools, platforms, or vendors as directed. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, real estate, or administrative support role preferred. Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate listing portals (Zillow, New Home Source, or similar) is a plus. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising concepts. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
