Job Description
We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service & Marketing Associate to support customer interactions, promote products, and assist with day-to-day marketing activities. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to build experience in customer service, sales, and brand representation. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers while providing product and service information Support basic marketing activities such as promoting offers or setting up displays Communicate with customers to understand their needs and guide them to suitable options Help maintain accurate customer records and share feedback with the team Represent client brands in a friendly, professional way Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
