Job Description

Summary:
The Marketing Associate is an active member of the Marketing Team and works both independently on assigned projects and as an integral member of the team on larger department/companywide projects The Marketing Associate position reports directly to the Innovation Marketing Manager. Primary Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Innovation Marketing Manager on market research, clinical outreach, and new product launches.
  • Assist Creative Director and Digital Marketing Manager with planning and executing Marketing activities.
  • Support Dealer Programs Manager with US dealer related projects as needed.
  • Support Trade Show Manager with tradeshow and sample fulfillment.
  • Provide sales assistance/customer support via phone in office and in person at tradeshow events as required.
  • Assist marketing team with any necessary company initiatives.
Personal and Leadership Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with members at all levels of the organization Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills are essential to the success of the position Ability to take direction as well as be self-driven to follow through on tasks/projects to completion in a timely manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them accurately and on time A keen ability for attention to details Professional appearance is a must to represent Microcopy and interface with customers and the public. Ability to think and work both independently as well as part of a team. Strong desire to gain leadership qualities Ability to create and foster a team environment with all Microcopy Dental employees.
Education / Experience
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years experience within the dental field is strongly preferred Proficiency using Microsoft suite products preferred Experience in a team-based work environment
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
