Sales and Marketing AssistantJob Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our promotional products and branded apparel business. This role helps drive sales growth by assisting with client communication, marketing projects, order coordination, product research, and day-to-day support for the sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, follow-up, and accuracy matter. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with quotes, presentations, proposals, and client follow-up Assist with marketing campaigns across email, social media, and promotional outreach Research promotional products, branded merchandise, and apparel options to match client needs and budgets Coordinate product information, pricing, decoration details, and vendor communication Help prepare virtual mockups, proof requests, and sales materials for client presentations Track project timelines, order progress, and customer requests to ensure timely execution Maintain CRM records, sales activity updates, and marketing databases Assist with trade shows, client events, sample requests, and promotional initiatives Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and decorators to help deliver excellent customer experiences Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, file organization, and document preparation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, customer service, or administrative coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning CRM or order management systems Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, print, or a related marketing industry Familiarity with vendor sourcing, apparel decoration methods, and branded merchandise trends Experience supporting sales presentations, campaign execution, or client-facing projects Basic design awareness or comfort working with proofs, mockups, and marketing assets What Success Looks Like Sales team members are supported with accurate, timely information Client requests are handled quickly and professionally Marketing projects stay organized and move forward on schedule Orders, proofs, and product details are tracked carefully with minimal errors Internal and external communication is clear, responsive, and solution-oriented Why Join Us This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both sales support and creative marketing work.
