Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Create engaging customer interactions that strengthen awareness of the Verizon brand and available Fios services. Introduce internet plans, speeds, features, and promotions in a way that's approachable and easy to understand. Learn about each customer's connectivity needs and connect those needs with relevant Verizon Fios options. Turn product features into clear benefits that create stronger brand experiences and generate customer interest. Support local outreach initiatives designed to increase brand visibility and introduce Fios to new customers. Gather customer feedback and common questions that can help strengthen future marketing and brand messaging. Help interested customers compare available options and confidently move forward with enrollment. Collaborate with other Sales and Marketing Assistant team members to support daily campaign objectives. Continue developing as a Sales and Marketing Assistant through coaching in communication, customer acquisition, and brand representation. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Outgoing, creative, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Strong communication skills and an interest in marketing, customer engagement, or brand development. Customer service, hospitality, promotions, telecommunications, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Positive, dependable, and receptive to coaching and feedback. Comfortable learning about internet technology and explaining information clearly. Goal-oriented and energized by an active, people-focused environment. Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the greater Braintree area.
