Job Description

The position includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Calling medical providers.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Assist the VP of Sales\Marketing with projects and project management.
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate employees.
  • Claim verification and medical billing .
  • College Degree Preferred; willing to train.
  • Faxing documents.
  • Scanning and filing of documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Candidate must be:
  • Reliable, punctual, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, as well as work well with others.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Data Entry experience is ideal, with typing skills of 30 wpm or better.
  • Work under the direction of the VP of Sales\Marketing.
  • Clerical/administrative duties as assigned.
Summary As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and driving brand awareness. You will apply core skills in web analytics, SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising to plan, monitor, and optimize initiatives across digital channels. Working closely with content creators and designers, you will assist with data reporting, campaign setup, and performance analysis. Your premium skills in tools like SEO platforms, Google Ads, WordPress, and email marketing will help improve conversion and engagement, contributing to measurable business growth. This role reports to the Marketing Manager.
